Returns & refunds
7-day returns. If the piece isn't right, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange pickup. No questions asked.
Refund timing. Refunds are processed within 5 working days of us receiving the return. Back to your original payment method (or bank transfer for COD orders).
What can't be returned: custom-made pieces, and any item that has been physically damaged after receipt.
