Free standard shipping on orders above ₹999. Below that, ₹75 flat rate. All orders ship from Vrindavan via tracked courier partners (Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC).
Metro cities: 3-5 working days. Rest of India: 5-8 working days. Remote pincodes: up to 10 working days.

Cash on Delivery
COD is available on orders up to ₹5,000 across all serviceable pincodes. A ₹50 COD handling fee applies at checkout.
Returns & refunds
7-day returns. If the piece isn't right, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange pickup. No questions asked.
Refund timing. Refunds are processed within 5 working days of us receiving the return. Back to your original payment method (or bank transfer for COD orders).
What can't be returned: Chandan / tilak paste (hygiene reasons), custom-made pieces, and any item that has been physically damaged after receipt.
