1. Introduction

Welcome to kishori.co. By using this website and purchasing from us, you agree to the terms below. Please read them before placing an order.

2. Eligibility

By using this site you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or are using it under the supervision of a parent or guardian, and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Product information

Every mala is handcrafted from natural Tulsi wood, so each piece is slightly unique.

  • Colour and wood grain may vary from the photographs, as natural material differs bead to bead and screens render colour differently.
  • Lengths and weights are approximate.
  • Product images are representative.

4. Pricing and payment

We may change prices at any time. We accept Cash on Delivery and secure prepaid payment methods.

5. Order acceptance

  • Your order is confirmed once payment completes (prepaid) or the order is verified (COD).
  • We may cancel an order if stock is unavailable, details are incomplete, or activity appears fraudulent.
  • If we cancel a prepaid order, you receive a full refund.

6. Shipping and delivery

  • Orders are dispatched within 2 to 3 business days.
  • Delivery takes 3 to 5 working days to metro cities and 5 to 8 working days elsewhere in India.
  • Shipping is free on all orders. Cash on Delivery carries no extra charge.
  • We are not able to control delays caused by courier partners or events outside our hands.

7. Returns and refunds

  • Returns may be requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • Damaged, defective or incorrect items are replaced at no cost to you.
  • Refunds apply to both Cash on Delivery and prepaid orders, and are processed within 5 to 7 working days of verification.

8. Intellectual property

All content, images, logos and designs on kishori.co are the property of Kishori. Reproduction or copying without permission is not permitted.

9. User conduct

You agree not to use this site for unlawful purposes, attempt to interfere with the website, or post false reviews or impersonate others.

10. Limitation of liability

Kishori is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by third-party delivery services. Our liability in any case is limited to the value of the order concerned.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are posted on this page with a new effective date.
