Shipping Policy

Free shipping across India

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum value. We ship to all serviceable pincodes across India.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available across India at no extra charge. There is no COD handling fee.

Order processing

  • Orders are packed and dispatched within 2 to 3 business days (Monday to Saturday).
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day.
  • Once dispatched, you receive tracking details on WhatsApp and by email.

Delivery timelines

  • Metro cities: 3 to 5 working days
  • Rest of India: 5 to 8 working days

All orders ship from Vrindavan by tracked courier.

Delays and exceptions

  • Delivery may be delayed by weather, natural events, strikes, or regional restrictions.
  • We are not able to control delays caused by courier partners.
  • If your order has not arrived within 10 working days, please contact us and we will chase it for you.

Address and non-delivery

  • Please check your address and phone number carefully at checkout.
  • If a parcel returns to us because the address was incorrect or nobody was available, we will attempt one more delivery.
